Custer Way
Custer Way Improvement was a large contract that consisted of improving the current storm and water drainage from 2nd Avenue to Cleveland. Black Hills Excavating was the general contractor, and was in charge of restoring sidewalks and roadways afterwards.
Woodruff Park
Black Hills Excavating was the main contractor in charge of the renewing the tennis courts and installing fresh pickleball courts. BHE also made improvements to the parking lot, basketball courts, and storm/sewer system.
Buffalo Wild Wings
Black Hills Excavating was contracted for the large site development for a new branch location for the sports bar franchise Buffalo Wild Wings. We performed the demolition of the previous structure, and develop the new site, including the infiltration gallery for the restaurant.
Tumwater Pointe
Tumwater Pointe Apartments is an upcoming complex just south of Washington's capital. Black Hills Excavating was responsible for insert services provided here.
Merritt Manor
After Black Hills Excavating performed the demolition of the previous structure, Merritt Manor was built as an affordable housing complex in northern Olympia. Black Hills Excavating also insert services provided here.
Tacoma Community College
Black Hills Excavating was contracted to develop the site for the new commons area for Tacoma Community College. This entailed insert services provided.
Panorama
Panorama is a local retirement community located in Lacey, Washington. When they wanted to improve a 29,000 sq ft development to their community, Black Hills Excavating was tasked with storm grading and drainage, sewer, and water line installation.
